Creative alias of Sienna Meneses — Traditional Chinese Medicine student, retired Registered Veterinary Technician, Certified Veterinary Burnout Professional, writer, musician, artist, and multidisciplinary creator based in Southern California.
Sienna’s work lives at the threshold between medicine and mysticism, science and symbolism, beauty and survival. With a background in veterinary medicine, animal care, clinical practice, and business, she brings a grounded medical foundation into her current studies in acupuncture, herbal medicine, Daoist philosophy, and holistic healing.
She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture, with the long-term goal of becoming an acupuncturist and herbalist serving both humans and animals. Her academic work is rooted in the belief that the body is not separate from memory, emotion, ancestry, environment, spirit, or time.
Beyond medicine, Sienna is a writer, musician, visual artist, photographer, digital creator, and independent publisher. Her creative work explores survival, grief, devotion, sensuality, ritual, nature, ancestral knowledge, and transformation. She treats art as a form of preservation and resurrection: a way to give shape to the invisible, honor what has been endured, and turn fragmentation into sacred architecture.
